CABN is led by a fivefold collaborative team where leadership is Spirit-led and shared among mature believers walking in their gifts. No single person holds the reins—instead, we steward the vision together in unity, each bringing a piece of God's heart for the marketplace.
Our Story
In September 2024, Ellie and I were invited to consider leading a group of local business owners and professionals who longed to honor God and advance the gospel through their work. This simple invitation confirmed prayers we’d been praying for some time—asking God how we might engage the marketplace more intentionally for the Kingdom. With a resounding “yes,” we stepped into what has become a movement.

From the beginning, we faced intense resistance. We wrestled with clarity around our mission and direction, but as we prayed and persevered, wisdom came. We plowed through weeks of vision casting and spiritual warfare, trusting that God would bring together those called to see His Kingdom come in Baraboo—and beyond—through marketplace ministry.

Six months in, we’ve established a strong, Spirit-filled core group that shares a common vision: to disciple marketplace leaders through the framework of the fivefold ministry (Ephesians 4), advance the gospel as we make disciples, and help support businesses that desire to glorify God in all they do. Our founding members are united not only by faith but by a commitment to true collaborative five fold ministry leadership. Each core member represents a unique business category, ensuring safety and trust as we openly share strategies, challenges, and dreams without fear of competitive pressure.

CABN is a place of Biblical study, discipleship, and peer-to-peer coaching rooted in biblical truth. It’s a safe table to celebrate wins, navigate challenges, and grow in both business and faith. Our core group meets weekly, and once a quarter we open our doors to the wider marketplace for public gatherings that welcome all.
​
Core group members are Spirit-filled believers who are either familiar with or open to deeper understanding of fivefold ministry leadership. While anyone may apply for membership, only those aligned with these spiritual and structural values are invited to join the core team. Our mission is revival, and we believe Jesus still moves in the marketplace.
